He is a Certified Librarian in Nigeria with a B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in Library and Information Science (LIS) from Delta State University, Abraka. With over 11 years of experience in library consultations, setup, and administration, he heads the E-Library and Reference/Marketing Departments at Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST), Ozoro.

Sylvester is a Brand Strategist, certified Haptics Trainer for the ‘Grow with Google Programme, and a published author in peer-reviewed journals and books. Leveraging his expertise, he spearheads innovative library initiatives, content creation, and professional branding to enhance visibility and achieve academic goals.

Recognized for his proficiency, he conducts impactful trainings on AI tools for improved work and research productivity. His impactful campaigns and workshops, reaching over 15,000 participants also cover Leadership, Team-Building, Information & Digital Literacy, Youth Empowerment, and more.
